How Opus keeps its nearshore recruiting visible every week without a marketing team
Nearshore recruiting: Opus places vetted Latin America talent with US companies.
On Gantra since hireopus.com
The challenge
Opus places vetted Latin America talent with US companies, and everything they say about themselves is operational. Their site leads with 97% retention, a placement in 14 days, an 8 layer vetting process, 500+ candidates screened per search, a pool of 637,000 candidates, one flat rate, and the hiring risk sitting on their side of the table.
What the company does not have is a marketing function. No content lead, no agency retainer, nobody whose Monday starts with a calendar of posts. Every hour spent on distribution is an hour not spent on a search.
So the hard part was never the story. It was cadence: showing up in English, for a US market, week after week, without hiring someone to make that happen.
Why Gantra
Gantra gives them one feed. Agents audit the site, read the market and draft the work, and every draft lands in the same approval queue instead of scattering across docs, DMs and someone’s notes app.
Approval is the default state. A draft waits until a human signs it off, and auto publishing is a switch you flip per channel when you trust the voice, not something that happens to you on day one.
The other half is that the agents run whether or not anyone opened the dashboard that morning. That is the part discipline alone stops covering the week a big search lands.
Opus on Gantra
Opus has been running on Gantra since 27 June 2026. In that time the agent team has completed 1,020 runs on the project: 258 SEO and technical audits of hireopus.com, 84 GEO analyses of how AI search engines answer questions in their category, 550 content pieces drafted and 165 posts scheduled.
Those are activity figures from our production database. They describe what the agent team produced, not what it earned Opus. Traffic, rankings and placements are their data, and we do not publish numbers we have not measured ourselves.
The value of the volume is that it is specific. The agents work from a brand voice guide built out of the company’s own numbers, so a Reddit reply and a LinkedIn post argue from the same 8 layer vetting process rather than from generic recruiting copy.
How the project is set up
- SEO market set to the United States, in English.
- Reddit agent targeting r/startups and r/smallbusiness around the keywords "nearshore staffing" and "LatAm hiring".
- Reddit replies capped at 120 words and always closing on a question.
- X voice: contrarian hooks and short lines.
- LinkedIn voice: opens with a rhetorical question and follows a proof first brand voice guide built from their own numbers.
What’s next
The plan from here is depth rather than more volume: moving more of the drafted backlog from queue to published, and feeding the GEO analyses back into what gets written instead of letting them sit as reports.
Reddit and LinkedIn have a settled register. X is the channel still finding its own. That is what we are working on next, and it is a plan, not a forecast.
