This Privacy Policy explains how Gantra ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use our service (the "Service"). We aim to be clear about what we collect and why. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. What We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as your name, email address and login credentials.
- Billing information, processed by our payment provider, such as your plan and payment status.
- Content and project data you provide, including website URLs, connected accounts and generated content.
- Usage data, such as feature interactions, log data, device and browser information.
- Communications you send us, such as support requests.
2. How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and improve the Service and its features.
- Analyze websites, generate content and deliver the outputs you request.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates and support.
- Monitor for security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.
4. Third Parties and Subprocessors
We rely on trusted third party providers to run the Service, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and AI model providers. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. Google User Data
Connecting Google is optional. If you choose to connect Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we request read-only access to those properties. We use that access to read your traffic and search performance so the Service can audit your site, surface opportunities and generate the drafts and reports you ask for.
We do not sell Google user data, we do not share it with other customers, and we do not use it for advertising. You can disconnect either account at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access token immediately, or revoke it directly from your Google account permissions page.
Gantra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your information from your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by keeping your credentials confidential.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated policy with a new date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
