PARSEFORGE

How ParseForge took its scraping platform from zero to publishing in two weeks

Enterprise web scraping: ParseForge delivers structured JSON datasets through a REST API.

On Gantra since parseforge.co

The challenge

ParseForge sells structured data. The platform turns awkward websites into JSON that arrives through a REST API, with Apify actors, Python and headless browsers underneath, plus ETL pipelines, proxy rotation, anti bot bypass and scheduled collection. The goal they have put in writing is 1,000 actors by 2027.

Building that is the part the team is good at. Getting a developer tool in front of the developers who need it is a different job, and it was nobody’s job.

They came to Gantra with an empty calendar: no editorial plan, no queue, no channel already warm. Starting from zero is honest, and it is also the hardest week to get through.

Why Gantra

One feed, same as everyone else on Gantra: the agents audit the site, draft the posts and the articles, and everything waits in a single place with a yes or a no attached to it.

Nothing publishes on its own until you decide it should. Auto publishing is opt in per channel, so a team can keep everything manual while the voice is still being argued about, then hand over the channels it trusts.

For a two week old project that matters more than volume. The agents produce daily whether or not the team had a good week, and the approval queue is what keeps that from turning into noise.

PARSEFORGE on Gantra

ParseForge has been running on Gantra since 3 August 2026, which is about two weeks. In that window the agent team completed 254 runs: 46 SEO and technical audits, 16 GEO analyses, 155 content pieces drafted and 55 posts scheduled.

Again, these are activity figures from our production database. They say what the agent team produced in two weeks. Any effect on signups, traffic or pipeline belongs to ParseForge and we have not measured it, so we are not going to put a number on it.

The distribution is already split by channel. LinkedIn publishes automatically through the connected organization account, Reddit publishes automatically into r/ParseForgeTeam, and X stays manual on purpose.

How the project is set up

  • LinkedIn auto publishing on, with the organization account connected.
  • Reddit auto publishing on, targeting r/ParseForgeTeam.
  • X kept manual: every draft is read before it goes out.

What’s next

Next is X coming off manual once its voice reads like the rest of the account, and the drafted backlog catching up with the calendar rather than growing ahead of it.

After that, the plan is to point the SEO and GEO work at the queries developers actually type when they are shopping for a scraping API. The project is two weeks old, so everything past that is a plan and we will say so.
